Fix ALLOC_GROW calls with obsolete semantics
Fix ALLOC_GROW off-by-one
builtin-add: simplify (and increase accuracy of) exclude handling
dir_struct: add collect_ignored option
Extend --pretty=oneline to cover the first paragraph,
