* db/remote-builtin:
Reteach builtin-ls-remote to understand remotes
Build in ls-remote
Use built-in send-pack.
Build-in send-pack, with an API for other programs to call.
Build-in peek-remote, using transport infrastructure.
Miscellaneous const changes and utilities
